KB Off Canvas Sidebar Test

This is a test using an "Content Area Off Canvas" block to create a Knowledgebase sidebar similar to the example provided at https://tungsten-ton.herokuapp.com/#action3.

I created a Global Block named "Knowledgebase Sidebar". If you add this block to a Pro layout, it will display a "Questions?" button that when clicked opens an off canvas content area with a BWL Knowledgebase shortcode inside. (Example below.)

I used this BWL Knowledgebase plugin documentation as a guide to create the shortcode - https://projects.bluewindlab.net/wpplugin/bkbm/doc/. A custom class has been added to the Knowledgebase shortcode too, so the styling can be customized if needed.
