To manage multiple subscriptions for an organization, create a Texas Bar Practice account for the organization instead of as an individual—or log in to the organization’s account—purchase the desired number of subscriptions on the subscription product’s page in the Bookshop, and allocate those subscriptions as you see fit. Each additional subscription is for one additional lawyer and that lawyer’s support team only. Additional subscriptions are subject to the terms of the original license concerning permitted users of the online subscription.
Who is allowed to use the online manuals or digital downloads?
The material in Texas Bar Practice online subscription and digital download products, whether accessed online or downloaded, is licensed to the purchaser for use by one lawyer and that lawyer’s support team only. How does payment work for Texas Bar Books Online subscriptions?
If you purchase an annual subscription, the subscription period will extend for one year from the date you submit your credit card payment information. The subscription fee is nonrefundable. Unless you cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be billed each year on or about the date you originally submitted your payment information. A reminder notice to renew will reach you via email thirty days before your subscription expires. If you purchase a monthly subscription, the subscription period will extend for one month from the date you submit your credit card information. Unless you cancel your subscription, your credit card will be billed automatically on or around the same day of the month as the date of your initial subscription.
What is auto-renewal? How does it work?
By enrolling in auto-renewal for a Texas Bar Books publication, you will receive a discount on your initial purchase as well as on all future auto-renewal updates for that title. To enroll, when purchasing the digital download or printed publication online, check the auto-renewal box. Your discount will automatically be applied, and you will be on the list to automatically receive updates for that title. A few weeks before the release of an update, you will receive an email that provides advance notice of the shipment of your update. If you do not opt out at that time, we will send you the update along with an invoice that includes your discount. Return privileges apply.
