How many times may I download a digital product?

The digital versions of our publications are licensed for the use of one attorney and two non-attorney support staff. You may download as many times as necessary to meet that use, including downloading to multiple devices, such as the attorney’s desktop computer, laptop, home computer, etc. You can find more details regarding the digital product license and terms here.

If a new version is released shortly after I purchase this product, can I get a refund or discount on a new one?

And with a resource you could be utilizing now, we don’t want you to have to postpone access out of concern that an update will happen soon. If your purchase of a Texas Bar Books product occurs within 90 days of the release of an update, we will automatically send the newest version to you free of charge.

How do I cancel my Online manual subscription?

STEP 1: To cancel your subscription to a Texas Bar Books Online manual, log in at TexasBarPractice.com and navigate to your account page. STEP 2: Select the Subscriptions/Auto-Renewals tab. STEP 3: Here you will see a list of your Online manual subscriptions. Click “Cancel Subscription.” STEP 4: Choose the number of licenses you wish to cancel, and click “Cancel.” Done! Your subscription is canceled and you will not be charged at the next billing cycle.

How do I return an item?

If you find you need to send an item back to us, please direct it within 30 days of receipt to our warehouse: CSI502 S. Loop FourBuda, Texas 78610 Make sure you enclose a copy of your invoice or the packing documents so the warehouse staff can identify your return. We will credit your account or issue a refund as applicable. Please be aware that we do not accept returns for materials if the digital version has been downloaded.
